I would say if you're in town on business as I was, this would be the best choice. The rooms were decent and clean. The breakfast was typical, not many choices but good considering the size and location. The staff was really nice and helpful! I didn't take pictures or videos this time because I was exhausted. But overall, decent stay. I didn't have any issues with noise, which is always a plus.
The hotel itself, is average. Its not th ritz, but it serves its purpose. Clean, and accommodating. What makes this place worth going to, is the ladies at the front desk. I didn't catch names, and i wish i would have. But they will go above and beyond what they are required to do, to makes sure the guests are taken care of. To me, customer service is a dying thing. But im glad that these ladies still know what it means. Thank you two so much for making all the copies of ID's, when you didnt have to. You know who you are, and what i mean. God bless you both
I read the reviews about how nice this hotel is and must truly agree. Well lit hallways. Everything was clean - lobby, breakfast area, room. Bathroom felt like a very nice guest bathroom in someone's house rather than a hotel bathroom. It's a small thing, but I also liked the positioning of the king bed to allow for a seating area near the window.
Friendly staff as well as accommodating. One small hiccup(ice machine inop) but was taken care of and fixed by the afternoon. Very clean and modern decor. The breakfast had a nice selection for most everyone's tastes, and the food varied from morning to morning, which was nice. Some of the tables could use some adjustments as they had the weeble and wobbles when eating. Maybe the staff could go thru and adjust them for future guests.
I got caught in the snow storm and this place helped me park my car in the snow. The staff here really go above and beyond to make your stay here amazing. Breakfast was great, coffee is hot! If I could leave 1000 stars I would. Thank you Hampton Inn. You saved me!
I'm a Hilton Lifetime Diamond Member and have stayed at a lot Hampton Inns over the years. This property is very clean and well maintained, one of the best that I have stayed at in a long time, it's not a new property but it sure feels like it. Staff has been wonderful and helpful. The only thing I was disappointed of was the shower pressure being a little low but I can get past it. Lol
We were in town for a wedding but had never stayed at a Hampton inn. If they are all like this one, we are sold! Nice clean modern rooms, good amenities and convenient location to food and shopping. What made it really good was Aliya at the front desk. She was just wonderful! Very knowledgeable and polite! Could not of asked for more.
I booked one night here as I was traveling through. I never dealt with customer service as I had digital check in and key, but everything was clean and quiet! I enjoyed my short stay.
